The Driver Point of View 2011 Highlights DVD is now available

Driver Point Of View is a series of videos that the crew from Hopp-up Performance, with the help of our ContourGPS and ContourRoam cameras, have captured throughout the 2011 racing season. In this series of videos, we are giving the fans a view close to what the driver sees as you will get without climbing aboard one of these machines. This DVD including videos from some of the top names in dirt track racing from across the midwest!
Driver Point of View #1, produced by Hopp-up Performance, is 2 hours of video from the driver’s seat! The first 20 minutes includes highlights from the 2011 season. It includes great passes, close calls, and of course some spectacular crashes as well. Some of our great adventures include a full length race as 4-time National Champion David Murray, Jr. races to the final lap to determine whether he makes the big dance at the 2011 Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals!
There is also a thrilling ride with the 2010 Speedway Motors IMCA Super Nationals champion "Jammin" Jimmy Gustin, as he starts 18th in his qualifying feature, with a mission of finishing in the top 4 to move on to the Saturday night main event. Jimmy carries multiple cameras with him as he slices and dices his way to a 3rd place finish, and a great starting spot in the big show!
Also included is a ride along with 2011 IMCA SportMod National Champion Bryan LaRiviere, 2011 IMCA Stock Car Northern Region Champion Jason Schoenberger, 4 time National Champion IMCA Stock Car driver Mike Nichols, Brandon Blochlinger, Dustin Forsberg, Jay Noteboom, Adam Armstrong plus many others!

All the videos shot from the Drivers Point of View are shot with the Contour line of wearable cameras. The ContourGPS uses a gps chip to track the speed around the track while also shooting full HD footage. The ContourRoam was also used to shoot the same HD footage with out the GPS features.
